“New Owners have ruined this Pizza Place!”
Reviewed June 9, 2013

I have reviewed this Pizza Place in the past. It used to be awesome. The owner has sold the place and now it is terrible!!! Food is not good. Service is rotten. The cook talks on the cell phone while burning pizzas. The owner could care less to get up and wait on someone. As for the bar..Well getting service there isn't an option either..It is too bad because this used to be a great place to eat, drink and bring your family.

“From very best to not worth bothering..”
Reviewed March 2, 2013

After 30+years of great food..awesome service and fantastic owners..an era has ended.. Jimmy sold the place.. and we gave them a chance..MISTAKE..we waited an hour after we ordered.. no pizza..with less than 10 other people in the place.. the problem wasn't that they were. Busy..sadly....if the service was that bad.. the food couldn't have been any better.goodbye to the best pizza in tidewater

“A decent pizza”
Reviewed February 9, 2013

If your lookin for a no frills kinda experience, then this is it. We had a large pizza which was pretty good.More on the bready side and a bit too much sauce. But overall taste and flavor no complaints. The place it self small and dated. Def needs some tlc and some bleach. Service was fine,It definetly was a good value.but truthfully i dont think i would stop back.

“I'm sitting here still eating...”
Reviewed August 6, 2012

This place is a true hole in the wall find! It is great food, prices, and service! I had a personal heese and pepperoni pizza and my boyfriend had the lasagna....all home made. The dough is fresh and rolled daily...we are on vacation and wanted something noncommercial and non touristy...this is the place!!!

“The good old fashion freshest pizza ever, no run of the mill delivery style here”
Reviewed August 12, 2011

This pizza is the best in town. The locals love it and if you are traveling you will too. Not fancy, so there is no need to dress up. Close to the airport. It’s a family owned business so the service is prompt and friendly. The prices are great but no credit cards, ATM on site. Don’t be fooled by the location or the age of the building. There is a small full service bar in the back room if you are looking for drinks as well. The awesome flavor of the pizza cooked perfectly to your order will make up for the outside looks. The toppings are plentiful especially the cheese. The pizza dough is not prefabricated but rather rolled out every day fresh! It’s the old fashioned Pizza you remember, not the run of the mill fast food delivery style we see today. ENJOY!
