Description: Tucked into a corner of Botetourt and & York Street, Voila, with it's soft lighting and eclectic decor, is a local gem. The restaurant sits tucked away in one of the city's oldest historic neighborhoods, complete with cobblestone streets and some of the few surviving antebellum houses on the side of the Elizabeth River. With a full bar and known for its three-course prix-fixe, Voila's menu features fresh ingredients & home-grown herbs. Voila boasts an impressive selection of international, French, & Greek dishes, incorporated together by the owners, Hampton Roads restaurateurs John & Maggie Tsouris. As well as Hand crafted cocktails concocted with vintage liqueurs and spirits, fresh squeezed juices and homegrown herbs. Voila is a local's favorite and must try authentic cuisine.

My daughter and her husband took my wife and I here for Fathers day. We have eaten here many time before and always enjoyed our meals. This night we again had incredible meals and plan on returning again soon.

Because Voila is so popular on weekends, we have been twice during the week..great solution. This is Paris, France in Norfolk, Va. Seriously..not grand French like Le Grand Vefour, but authentic cuisine w/o breaking the bank and getting on an airplane. Our first night was steak night..local grass fed, special vender..The second visit was a delicious beet salad w/roquefort/pecans..husband opted for beef again..Wine was a wonderful Ventoux French Rose. The staff could not do enough to make us comfortable. We are Norfolk natives and find this restaurant a lovely addition to our local "finds" for a great meal!! Enjoy!

My wife and I love french food done right. We have been to France and Paris many times. This as close to those cozy boutique restaurants in Paris as you will find. Everyone is always eager to help and the food is as good as it needs to be. The only other restaurant in the US that gets as close to authentic French food as this is the La Petite Paris in Breckenridge, Co.

Agree with the review that called this a "hidden gem". Small neighborhood location. Make reservations. Food, drinks, service all outstanding. Staff knew menu, drinks and wine list inside and out. Nothing was run-of-the-mill here. We are from out of the area and would make this our go to spot any time we are in Norfolk. Don't miss it!

Champagne, escargot, small, dim lights, excellent food...what could be better for date night!
They have a $30 Fixe Prix menu daily in addition too the regular menu. We got the Norwegian salmon and Flatiron steak. Both of us totally cleaned our plates- unusual for me.
Hints: skip the oil & vinegar with bread, it is nothing special and heavy, the dinner is excellent so you will want it all. Don't order the French champagne that is offered by the glass- it is blah tasting. Spend the money on one of the unique dinner drinks that Voila champions instead.
