Gelato is very good and was a delight initially. The vegan-friendly option is also worth mentioning. Yet other emerging issues warrant serious consideration toward product and service value. For example, the cup may sometimes be leveled off across the top. As the cup is wide but very shallow, you end up with a much less-than-filling product for what you pay. Depending on which employee is serving you or if you come in late to the shop, they may be about to run out and want to maximize the supply at your expense. Another inconsistency is the availability of a pint size you could take home and later enjoy. So you will need to spend much more for what you need as compared to the competition which has pints ready to go out the door.
Oddly enough, you can find outdoor seating nearby, but there is no indoor seating at all. Also, there is no frequent-buyer offer so customer loyalty is not rewarded here. You can't do but so much with ice cream and there is a ton of competition. So good treat for business passer-byres or nearby local residents who can walk over.
