There is a large poster for this restaurant on the main road through Canico de Baixo and is situated amongst a residential area. It was a very steep climb up but well worth it. The decor was of a high standard, our young waiter was brilliant suggesting a good wine and explained the menu options. Being Madeira there was a lot of fish, my Grouper was cooked perfectly and came with lots of lovely veg. It was quiet on the night we were there but at the weekend they have traditional music when I am sure it will be busier. The view over the rooftops to the sea was wonderful and the whole experience something that we will definitely repeat on our return.
