Il Teatro is a great hotel. It is fabulously situated about 2 minutes walk from the Jesolo beach but also has 2 small swimming pools: one outdoor and one on the top floor that is heated and can be totally enclosed by closing the massive sliding window doors. It offers a fantastic view across the town and the beach too. The hotel was always clean and the rooms were cleaned everyday and the towels were changed on each occasion. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful providing information about local and out of area transport meaning we didn't have to resort to taxis. Highpoints would be the breakfast which ran from 8am for 3 hours so if you want a lie in you'd be unlikely to miss it. The range was impressive: fresh coffee, fruit, yoghurt, bread rolls, meats, eggs, cheese and cake. You helped yourself and this really loaded you for the rest of the day. It is a modern building with perfect FREE Wi-fi coverage. Our room also had a large flat screen TV with DVD player and digital television. I am certain this hotel would be equally as suited to business people as it was for us as a family-friendly hotel so it covers a broad spectrum. Lastly, the hotel offered free - adult - bike hire providing an alternative means of getting round the local area. Take advantage of this service as cyclists are clearly respected by motorists and it was enjoyable seeing the town and beach from a bike. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Late September/early October take decent anti-insect products and bite cream.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Residence Il Teatro. The location is very convenient to the beach and to the better restaurants in Lido di Jesolo.

This hotel is impeccably maintained and spotlessly cleaned. Our room was serviced thoroughly every day. Plenty of fresh towels were supplied every day. The bed linen was also changed frequently. The rooms are also modern and very well equipped. The hotel has a lovely rooftop area with a small pool and lounging area. We also had access to complimentary bicycles which were very useful during the week.

The staff were helpful and obliging when it came to querying travel arrangements, bus time tables etc. When we asked about trips to Venice the manager very helpfully handed us the local bus timetable as well as details on the ferry services available.

Overall I have nothing negative to say about this hotel and I would highly recommend it.

We stayed here with friends for 5 days at the end of September. Everything about the hotel was top class. Location is excellent with free sun beds and parasols on beach. Choice of ground level or roof top pools and sun terraces for relaxation. Very good choice of food for continental breakfast. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Free bikes and Wi-fi.

Room Tip: Very good views from higher level floors. Use ATVO buses to travel from Venice Airport to Bus statio...

As part of our honeymoon we spent 5 nights at Il Teatro. It is a great hotel with very modern rooms. It is clean and well kept. The beach is very close and the only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the fact that on the beach you have one chair and one bed that comes complimentary. When you go to relax together it is annoying not to have the comfort of 2 beds. It doesn't really hit home until we arrived on the beach. Well, it is a complimentary service but if you want to be close to the hotel on the beach you have no choice but to take it as all the umbrellas, chairs and beds belong to all the different hotels in the area. You are stuck with the them.
We enjoyed very much the bikes that are also complimentary. It gave us a really pleasant way of seeing the whole resort.
Breakfast was very good and the staff is very attentive.
The dinner recommendations from the reception staff were excellent.
All in all we had a good time and would definitely return.

We have been 10 days in September, the hotel is really excellent. Very nice staff, good breakfast, close to the beach, private sunshade and two deck chairs on the beach, a rooftop pool with fantastic view, a comfortable room, a big balcony with the view on the sea and Piazza Marina (we've had an apartment type E), small kitchen (very useful) with the refrigerator and equipment. The rooms are cleaning every day, silently at night, a good working air conditioning. Everything super!

Room Tip: Apartments type E and F have a balcony with view on the sea.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Il Teatro Hotel.
We chose this hotel after reading such positive reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed.
Superbly situated and a great place to stay if you want to explore Venice and Verona...as we did!
Everywhere within the hotel was spotless clean, especially the rooms.
We had a large corner room on the second floor which had a great balcony for sitting out on and it overlooked the main strip in Lido.
The added benefit of having a kitchen area was useful.
Good continental breakfast. Self service with a great variety.
Staff friendly and Anna was extremely helpful and she arranged our train tickets to Verona. Nothing was ever too much of a problem.
We made use of the free hotel bikes...a great way of getting to see more of Lido, even if it did leave us a little saddle sore!
Weather was great, so we made use of both the ground floor and roof top pools. Again, both were spotless clean. Fantastic views from the roof top and plenty of sunbeds, some of which were in the shade.
We were also allocated a sunbed and chair on the beach.
Venice was easy to get to. We got a bus to the port then a water bus over to Venice. Took about 1 1/2 hours in total. You can get the tickets from the Tobacconist across the road from the hotel.
If you want to be a little more adventurous, then the train to Verona is a great day out.
Lido itself is very laid back and kept very clean.
Many restaurants, however a majority of them are all offering the same menu, i.e pizzas!!
Two exceptions were Cucina Moreno, 2 minutes walk from hotel on opposite side of the strip and Bucintoro about 5 minute walk, again on the opposite side of the strip.
We found eating out very cheap and restaurant staff very friendly.
We can't recommend this hotel highly enough and hope to one day return.

Picked this hotel after very careful research of reviews of hotels around Lido de Jesolo as it was our first time in this area. We were delighted on arrival both with the hotel in general and with our room on the fourth floor with a good view of the sea and piazza below. We did ask when booking for a room on a high floor to maximise the views as trees obscure the view from the lower floors at the front. Hotel is very modern and clean and the staff very helpful, especially Anna. At breakfast the staff new we liked cafe latte and would prepare our coffee and deliver to table without asking. Breakfast absolutely fine with a good choice of continental type food. Staff a great help with details of local busses in getting to Venice and also back to the airport at the end of our stay. Didn't use the kitchenette much apart from brewing up and using the fridge for our cold drinks. Mainly used the attached restaurant and had a good meal at reasonable price everytime, plus staying at the hotel gets a modest discount at this restaurant. Did find the one and only Indian restaurant on the Lido for the odd meal or two though just for a change. If you like to go to bed early, be aware that the front street below comes alive at night which is all part of the culture and interest, but can be noisy for light sleepers. Overall an excellent and friendly hotel whose reception staff are multiligual.

Room Tip: rooms on higher floors have the best views.
