We have stayed at the Termini hotel about five or six times now over the last ten years or so.
It is a jewel in the Lido's unrelenting stretch of sunbeds, sand and parasols. A family owned hotel, we have watched from a distance as the children became adults and are now running the hotels along side their aging Parents. We say hotels as the sister hotel The Ruhl is just a stones throw away, I imagine a similar format, 3 stars instead of 4.
So..what makes this a jewel? For us, it is a perfect combination of flying out of London on the earliest flight - taking the private taxi to the hotel and being on the beach by 11.00am - 75 steps from the back gate onto the front line of sunbeds on the beach. A clean, very well organised, (almost military style ) hotel. Courteous and polite, friendly without being intrusive and excellent cusine. If you take the half board option, you will find home made dishes, which you can choose from a choice of three, starters and main dishes with a dessert to follow. The salad bar is simple with a cheese board to follow should you wish. The table service is traditional with staff in uniform and if you don't finish your wine - it will return the next day with your room number on it! If you like food, you will not eat better on the Lido strip - the cusine is excellent. However, you must be seated by 8.00pm if you are to enjoy your meal in tranquility without indigestion. The dining room closes at about 9/930. If you prefer Pizza and Pasta - the strip of shops can accomodate plenty of choice. Not many people from the UK have found this hotel - which suits us perfectly. Typically, Dutch, German, Italian, Swiss guests. The surrounding streets are residential and quiet - almost empty by 11pm, if you prefer noise and people - go further down the Lido strip this one isn't for you. Perfect for jogging, walking, swimming, sunshine. The hotel is family friendly, sometimes sedate, but perfect to unplug from our crazy busy lives, commuting into London, every day - Just Blissful - recommended for professional couples and families.

Room Tip: All rooms have electronic shutters which block the sunshine waking you up early - set the alarm if y...

As a family of four we have just had the loveliest of holidays at this gorgeous hotel. It is immaculate and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There was no problem with communication as they could not do enough to help us - from translating menus to helpful advice to get to Venice. Right next to the beautiful beach, ample sun loungers and the most delicious food. We were thoroughly spoilt! Thank you Hotal Termini x

I had just a week off and I really would like to relax and sunbath, so I booked on Internet at the Termini beach hotel in Jesolo.
I really enjoyd the tranquillity and the pampered comfort expected from a 4-star hotel. The hotel was set in a quiet place but close to the city center and lively nightlife of Jesolo.
The room was fitted with AC, towels, hairdryer, safe deposit box, television and it had a breathtaking panoramic view of the seaside!
We started the day with a full breakfast buffet, then at lunch time it was offered a snack on the pool terrace and for dinner we had to choose among a variety of first courses and main courses, and a delicious desset was always served.
The rate inclued also sunbeds at the seaside, private car park, WIFI internet access in pubblic areas and outdoor pool.
We had a worthwhile experience! it was so sad to say goodbye but we are sure we come back next year!

The management in this hotel are not friendly at all.We were hardly spoken to for the whole week of our stay. When asked if they could help with a couple of issues told they did not speak English. Before we could have the key for the fridge we had to buy drinks from them. Also with our evening dinner you were not allowed butter only on a morning we were told this was the owners decision. Not geared up for a pool holiday at all it seemed they did not want you in the hotel through the day.

I have visited the Termini every year over the past 3 years, and every time the standards are excellent. The food is especially first class, with a varied and freshly and carefully cooked dinner, made up of a fresh salad bar, first course, main course, sweet, cheese. In fact you are filled with first class food.
This is a family run hotel, and therefor special care is taken of guests, with no feeling of intrusion. Only genuine hospitality.
The Termini was one of the first hotel built in jesolo lido, and it maintains a very high standard. It is directly on the beach and it has a lovely pool. The rooms are clean and well decorated.
I cannot recommend the hotel enough, as it really does make you feel special and then that you are having a special holiday. I will certainly go back again and again.
