We just spend one night at this cozy hotel but the service was great. The owner was very helpful and nice. There was free wifi throughout the hotel and also at the beach. The room was small but we didn't mind, everything was very clean and the air-conditioning worked super great as well, the only problem: it was right above one side of the bed which made it a little problematic at night, but other than that it was fine :)

This hotel gave us what to expect from a cheap prize. Ok rooms, breakfast was not much but enough.
But what the owner doesnt seen to understand (i think she was the owner)
is that when they market the hotel through a hotelsite (In this case otel.com) its not the customers responsibility to pay for fault in the communication between the hotel and the site which market the hotel for them.
We ordered 3 beds room with aircondition,
but got 2 rooms with double beds the first night. The second day we got a room with 3 beds and aircondition exactely what we ordered, but its of course inconveinient to move all our luggage in the middle of the next day.
But when we checked out she claims that we had to pay extra for the aircondition!

It would not be difficult for them to settle things with otel.com and let us have what we booked without needing to pay extra.
This bad service level is the difference between good and bad ratings.

Dear Mr. Truls,
everything You wrote is true but for the first thing: You said You booked a room for three people with air conditioning but our agency confirmed You booked two standard rooms with air conditioning not included. We asked You twice to give us Your hotel voucher but You gave us nothing and without it how can we believe You? And You forgot to write that You used two umbrellas and four chairs, even if You should have had one umbrella and two chairs.
Yours faithfully,
Fabiola HOTEL MAYER

When my tour group and I arrived at the hotel we were excited to be so close to the beach. The beach was about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and they had their own private lounge chairs and umbrellas. As for the hotel the rooms were spacious for two people but in my room there were three of us so it was a little tight. The bathrooms were all different so some people in my group had bathtubs, standing showers or a toilet/shower combination. If you are someone that is allergic to dust be careful staying here. When we turned on our laps you could see all of the dust particle floating around the room. Each room had a balcony which was nice during the evening. The one thing I must stress about this hotel is to make sure at night to close the sliding glass door to the balcony and the garage style door as well. Two rooms were broken into because the girls in our group left the doors open the the garage style door half closed. Also, the breakfast had a nice selection and the seating area was very nice.

Booked this last minute through Travel Republic and it was really cheap, less than £400 for 2 with breakfast so I was unsure what to expect but was really pleased. It's location is great just behind the main street so you are at the centre of everything but don't get the noise. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, the bathrooms are small and are wet rooms but we didn't find this a problem. Breakfast had a great choice and I loved the home made cakes and fresh coffee. The staff were all really helpful and friendly and you have your own sun beds and umbrella on the beach for your stay. We will definitely be returning next year and would recommend this hotel.

Room tip: The Black Cat, Hotel Torino and Vagolia are all good places to eat and have a few drinks. Aqualandia is worth a visit to but get your tickets from the hotel as they are cheaper than buying then at the park
