I stayed here in August 2018 with my friends. We were here for 4 nights and it was incredible.

Grounds: The pool and the views from the pool was spectacular. Plenty of parking and you can walk around the grounds and area.

Rooms: We stayed at the ELIOS and really enjoyed it. Summer has mosquitoes so make sure your windows are closed or has the screen. One suggestion is to have a mesh screen in the twin rooms so you can leave the windows open at night.

Customer Service:
The host was gracious and showed us the grounds. Super friendly and kind.

Breakfast: AMAZING! and LOTS of choices.

Final thoughts: This was my fave part of Italy as I love driving through the country. Their wine was also delicious!

Lovely day with a wine tour, lunch in the garden and excellent wine. So friendly and hospitable. Kids were able to cool down in the pool. Highly recommend a visit. Excellent venue and value for money.

We just spent a glorious week at Santo Stefano, touring the Tuscan area by car. Our hosts Elena and Augustio were the perfect hosts - they were present for our needs but not overbearing. The property is very clean and suited our needs. We stayed in suites Elio and Bacco which are two separate apartments which can open through a shared washroom to be one big apartment. The kitchen was furnished with enough cooking supplies and cutlery. Elena hosted a memorable cooking class where we prepared food from start to finish , including picking herbs from her garden and having a wine tour while our food was cooking! We ended the day by eating our traditional Tuscan meal out in the garden watching the sun set with a bottle of Chianti from the villa. The views from every window were stunning as were the many well kept gardens, pools and outdoor spaces we enjoyed. This property is the perfect location for day trips to wineries, festivals and the beach. Grazi Elena, Augustino and the “butterflies” for a trip of a lifetime.

This family owned bed and breakfast is located on an active vineyard, winery, and olive farm—owned by the same family. It is rustic (over 150 years old) but has all the modern amenities. It is a great base for exploring the surrounding Chianti region. It is also a good place to have a private wine tasting and tour of its own operation.
