This place is definitely out of the way and off the beaten path. That being said this farm produces the best mozzarella I’ve ever had. It’s no wonder why local come from very long distances to acquire this very special mozzarella. The farm itself doesn’t ship it’s product and its only for personal use. You can take a tour here is worth going on. You’ll get to see how they make the cheese, how they milk the buffalo, how the buffaloes get massages, the shop where they make some leather goods, and a little museum.
