We spent the day testing all the pools, and also swimming from the beach. A wonderful and very clean and tidy place.
A snack bar and a restaurant provides you with anything you want to eat or drink.

I was NOT disappointed by the time I spent at Giardini Poseidon, Ischia, even if the entrance fee was 30 Euros for the day (reduced to 16 Euros around 7 p.m.). The treatments are extensive and extremely reasonable and the staff are very professional, and focus on your relaxation and enjoyment. For example, reflexology and a body massage lasting 1 hour and 40 minutes costs 100 Euros. A map of the place is provided on entrance so you can choose the where and when to enjoy the pools of varying temperatures from really cold to really hot or a Turkish hamam, and sauna. There are private dressing rooms but also other dressing rooms and showers for which I thought I would have had to pay an additional fee because they were so clean and nice. There are lockers that you pay 0,50 Euros everytime you open them Towels are provided for 10 Euros, 6 Euros are reimbursed when the towel is returned. I thought this was a bit over the top since the entrance fee is so high. You can choose to spend time relaxing in various areas lined with umbrellas, chairs, wooden chaise lounges, and little tables overlooking the sea or pay an additional Euro to go through a turnstile to stay on the sand and swim in the sea (this too, I felt should have had no charge). The food in the restaurant is cafeteria style and not only good but reasonable. In all, the experience is one that I would repeat again in spite of the expense. It deserved this year's Trip Advisor award for excellence.

Excellent day out. Visited each time we've been to Ischia (and I am slightly addicted), and I never tire of this. A perfect way to relax.
