Stayed here for 7 nights while working nearby. It is a good, comfortable hotel at a good rate (mine was 79 euro per night, with taxes included). Chose the hotel primarily because of location near where I would be working, but also because of the nearby LUAS tram line which meant I was able to do something more than sit at my hotel each night, but actually get downtown and have some fun. Hotel staff friendly and willing to help. Rooms very clean, beds comfortable, and shower very good. Restaurant was decent but service somewhat slow, food ok, Guinness not as good as downtown pubs. I would certainly stay here again if I were going back to work at the same place...but for a vacation, no thanks - it's not very relaxing next to the Red Cow Roundabout.

Stayed in this hotel many times, great for going to anything in the city, The luas just across the road is a brilliant method of transport into the city. While the rooms are standard of any chain of hotels, they were very clean. The staff are very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Not much of a bar in the hotel but it is run most of the night. An enjoyable stay.

This hotel is an interesting one. It's right out in the middle of nowhere which can be maddening but in fact it's not totally impossible to get to the hotel from the city centre but you'll need to allow about 40 minutes on the LUAS to get there. Otherwise a taxi will be about €18.

It's location is near the Red Cow Roundabout and it is extraordinary since the LUAS stop is one side of the M50 motorway and the hotel is the other. When I visited, there were extensive roadworks going on which meant that to actually reach the hotel I had to cross a motorway and clamber over fences and railings. It was extraordinary. It's lucky I just had hand luggage - anything else would've been a nightmare!

The actual hotel itself is just a very standard hotel. I stayed in a Superior Room which although was supposed to be non-smoking, did have a taint of smoke which wasn't nice. However the room was a generous size, the bed was comfortable and all facilities were clean although the wash basin appeared to be damaged.

I didn't stay for breakfast. It's typically €8.50 and you might as well get it in town but they do have a restaurant facility.

Price was very reasonable - no quibbles there too. So all in, despite it being a bit of a distance away, you can certainly save money by staying out there and you can be sure of a comfortable night.

Stayed here for 1 night 10/3/07. Room was clean and had 2 double beds. Plenty of space. Room basic but then what do you expect for £40 sterling a night. The breakfast was great. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Luas (Tram). The station is called Red Cow and takes you to Abbey St (top of O'Connell St nr River Liffey) in about 25-30 minutes. A return fare was 3.70 euros - very cheap. Far better than driving in.

Hotel is just off Motorway Jnct 9 (20 mins drive from airport at quiet times, 45 mins in Rush hour). Was not immediately obvious in dark at rush hour how to get to car park!
Room spacious and clean, albeit a little dull.
Comfortable and clean, but soundproofing poor so worken early by lots of banging doors and voices in corridor.
5 mins walk from "Red Cow" LUAS (tram) stop - 3.70Euro adult return to centre of Dublin (trams at least every 15 mins - journey took about 25 mins on tram - trams run til just past midnight).
Decent breakfast buffet.
