Lets start with the couple of small negatives, first isn't really the fault of the Ibis but the lack of postcodes in Ireland which made it difficult to get to. Second little issue was the amount of time we had to wait for our evening meal once ordered (I reckon it was the best 40 minutes).

Apart from that, the staff were very friendly and helpful (we were moved to a family room so we didn't have to hump the travel cot in). Room was clean and very spacious, breakfast was worth the extra cost and the ironing room was well equipped. Dining area was also clean and felt relaxing.

Thank you very much for your comments, we do note your waiting time was indeed long and not our usual standard for dinner orders and this will be investigated in order to prevent its happening again. I must also thank you for your good comments regarding the room cleanliness and staff. We hope to see you again in the future.

What kind of hotel offers a whole floor dedicated to familys yet doesn't have a childrens menu? There isn't even anywhere nearby to take the children to get something to eat. This must be the first place I have came across that doesn't have anything for children to eat! Rooms are very basic and smell (we had to change rooms during our stay). Cleaning staff need different cleaning products and better training. Only saving grace for this hotel is the reception staff.

I am very sorry you were not happy with your stay noting the lack of childrens menu. We do not have a printed childs menu however our meals are available child size or portion and this is also noted in the price. I do apolgise if this was not explained to you. As for your room cleanliness and smell this is indeed not usual and will be addressed immediately with the appropriate manager and staff concerned. I do hope that you will choose us again for your next stay in order to amend these issues.
