We had such a pleasant stay at Galaxy Hotel. The location was perfect - right by the beach. And when you’re tired of the beach there’s a great pool to relax at. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Eleni from reception was especially helpful and provided world-class service. She definitely went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.
The hotel was strict about mask-wearing and hygiene, which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Naxos.

The hotel met our expectations: nice, comfortable room, breakfast with enough options, nice pool, beach and restaurants close by and staff attentive and friendly. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again if even returned to Naxos

Proximity and people make the difference. This husband and wife team were unforgettable and unexpected concierges for our family with an array of interests.
Beyond the hospitality, the can-do attitude and happiness that emit from the staff made us feel right home. We are not special, but we were effortlessly treated very special.
Eleni and her husband are among the present-day Greek Gods. Their smiles, energy, and spirit made an indelible impression on our family.

Stayed in a quadrupal (garden view) room. Exactly as advertised. Great use of space and our family of 4 never felt cramped. Bathroom was spacious and modern. Location is fantastic !! beach and beach bars are less than a 5min walk. Breakfast was a bit reptitive, but, everything was fresh and good. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again !

Spent 5 nights at Galaxy Hotel first week of July 2021. The hotel is 1 minute from the excellent/swimmable St George Beach and 5 minutes from Naxos town. You can tell the rooms (and the entire hotel) were recently updated. Eleni at the front desk deserves an A+ for customer service.
If you want a modern, well-located, friendly, family owned hotel on Naxos, Galaxy is it.
