We loved this lovely location and peace of this place, felt like our own little place.
We had the two room apartment, quite small but spotless and adequate for our needs.
The aircon a must in August.
It was great to get a way from the madness of the town and wander up the little Venetian alleyways that make the old town back to our high up apartment.
The owner was there at the port and took us there showing us places on the way.
Fruit and home made produce greeted us. Comfortable beds and crisp white bedding.
I would book direct with him next time as booking through Booking.com meant we couldn't change our arrangements when we needed to.my fault as I didn't read the small print so be warned.
We had a wonderful time here and would recommend this small but charming place.

Room tip: All good lots of steps to access this place so not for the infirm or wheel chairs

We stayed for two nights here. Looks nice in the surroundings of the Old Town. The bed was confy (only 1 pillow each though) but thats about all that was good.. The manager met us at the port and showed us the way to the apartment which was good as it can be hard to find the 1st time. The room was totally without ventilation so it got so humid that norhing was dry. The cleaning was not good, they didnt change the wet bathroom mat but it was thrown in a wet pile in the shower so we had to use it wet the 2nd time. The floors were not clean. No shower gel or soap was available, only the cheap bars of soap you find in any hostel. The courtyard looked shabby and was not clean. It was not easy to know where to hang your towel to dry and the hangers we found were dirty. Maybe Im being picky but one thinks that when the room costs 125€/night you can have something more than a small jar of the managers homemade marmalade.. I would recommend my friends to find a cheaper hotel if they went to Naxos, it would have the same value for the money I think.

The Venetiko Apartments are in a charming location in Old Town. When Vengelis first takes you there you never think you'll find your way out through the weaving streets but eventually you figure out the routes.

The apartment has all you need - a little kitchen (although we ate out every day), a small fridge to store water, juice and anything else you need to, aircon that worked well, and also a nice courtyard to sit in and enjoy a drink before going out or breakfast if you've bought your own to store.

I would say that, unfortunately, when more than one of you is staying in the four apartments, you do not get enough hot water - you have to wake up first or you don't really get any at all. Wifi seemed to have the same problem when more than one apartment was used. Additionally, the bed is rock hard and could do with a softener on it (it's so bad that neither my fiancé or I got one good night sleep in the three nights we were there). It is in a quiet location though apart from the church bells at 7am on a Sunday.

For the money, it's great.

Old Naxos Town and the Venetiko Apartments are ideal for independent travelers. Much of the joy is getting lost - truly! The town is a labyrinthine maze of twisting alleys and stone steps and Venetiko Apartments are tucked away - but people are very friendly and helpful and guided us home on a couple of nights. Vagelis met us at the port and guided us the short walk to the apartment - he speaks little English but will take care of your needs. Our apartment was beautifully furnished (Venetian style) with a very comfortable bed, spacious sitting room that included an efficient kitchen - plus bathroom. Prices are rock bottom and terrific restaurants and music are within minutes' walk.

Room tip: Every room is quiet; ask for one with outdoor terrace.

We spent a few days in the fantastic small hotel in the heart of the old town. The host, Mr Vangelis, is really helpful and fun to talk to. The apartment - clean, tastefully furnished, with fantastic history. Probably it is better to stay on the first floor, with chances of a view.
