After having visited Nissaki Restaurant over 5 years ago, I was hopeful that the quality, service and amazing flavours wouldn't have changed and I was far from disappointed. Nissaki has improved if that possible! From the organic extra virgin olive oil on every table, to the amazing salads and incredible food, Nissaki is still by far my favourite restaurant on the island and one of my favourite restaurants of all time.
The lobster pasta is to die for, the grilled Naxos graviera cheese served with local honey is amazing, and the house white wine is floral and fruity and crisp - perfect for sitting back watching the sea and savouring the fresh Naxos produce.
We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to be back!
