I have eaten at Sushi & Spice before, this time I was in the area and stopped in for a quick lunch. Service was prompt and the sushi was good, though not stellar in terms of freshness. What really caught my attention was that they were playing praise music - not just something like Christian Rock or Christian Folk, but actual music played before and after services as background. Each tune is very long, slow, chorus-heavy and consists of statement of faith made about a dozen times, then another statement... It was like eating sushi during a church service. I asked the partner/server about it and he said they were both devout and this was what they liked to play. So if you like to each fish in church, this is the place. If you like a little less Jesus in your sushi, maybe not so much. It was...strange.
