I went to Bonefish on a Thursday night and was suprised they were on on a wait. So we sat at the bar and enjoyed some red wine. The wait wasn't long and we were sat within 10 minutes. The server was upbeat and bubbly with lots or personality which was a great start to our meal. I ordered the Wolf fish imperial( a meaty/steak like white fish toppeed with crab, scallops and shrimp) which was fantastic and my date ordered the sword fish. Both fishes were cooked perfectly, the vegetables were still raw and cold. So if you like your veg cooked make sure you let them know ahead of time! For desert we ordered keylime pie with a pecan crust which was also really good and tart just as I like it.
