We stayed here for 2 nights and we're happy with the friendliness of the staff. Carol, at the front desk, was great and very helpful. The lady in charge of breakfast, who's name I forgot, was pleasant and helpful with replenishing food items. We also had a great man who supplied the cookies. They had run out and he told my son to give him a minute and he's bring some more out. That certainly brightened the little guys face.
The rooms were clean and updated. The location was close to everything and easy to get to & the pool was nice, but could have been a bit cleaners. I will say they are the ONLY Hampton thus far on our trip that provided us with the extra pillows & towels that I have a sitting request for on the Hilton Honors apps. Only other downside was the parking - it was difficult to find and they let cars park in the turnaround in the front. That made it hard for you to get your vehicle out if you went up to the front and then turned out. This is a MAJOR emergency vehicle issue in addition to annoying.
