We have visited Oleron for several years and this is our favourite restaurant . The very best and freshest seafood and this was the best meal we had last year. A scallop and beetroot starter that was amazing and then sole which was superbly cooked. As a chef myself its great to see female chefs in france as they are usually male.
This is real value for money and the type of food you would pay a fortune for in London. Excellent wine list and great serving staff, its best to reserve in advance.
