We visited Les Jardins D’Alienor based on the reviews on trip advisor and were not disappointed. Beautiful cosy restaurant and courtyard setting for alfresco dining. The staff were really friendly attentive and excellent explained the menu perfectly (in English). We had the Discovery Menu for €49 (starter, main and desert) all of which were both beautiful in presentation and taste. Would recommend for anyone visiting the area, don’t hesitate.

Always a problem to find nice places that will take a dog. So they started well!
We always eat early so it was a bit quiet and we were really treated as guests.
The fixed menu and "flight" of three wines was, it turned out, a good approach.
Everything was beautifully laid out on the plate and the mix of flavours and textures was amazing: nothing was simple but the combinations worked well. The flight of wines matched the courses so it was a bit strange having a different wine across the table. They were good choices; I only wish I could have written down what was said!
We know you shouldn't but the foie gras course was lovely; the maigre and sole were well cooked. The maigre was particularly good with stylish touches of flavour; I can't understand how haricot beans in France taste so good!!
The desserts were fantastic with the strawberry sugar "balloon" too good to eat but my wife took the challenge.
Overall I'd say it's priced about right for such good service, food and ambiance.

This restaurant is really lovely - the owners have paid attention to everything - the decor of the lounge as you enter and the restaurant itself are both well suited to the island and somehow elegant, luxurious and quaint and cosy all at once! The menu has quaint messages in it and each one is a handmade leather folder - a great start. The staff are welcoming and efficient. The food is really lovely - four of us had a different starter each - each one was delicious and not only very tasty but an absolute treat to see on the plate too. My dad loved his apricot and pineau compote with his foie gras and the tuna tartar I had was excellent. The mains were all delicious too - special mention for the flavour imparted by the cooking on the fillet and the wonderful red wine sauce with it. Desserts were gorgeous too - the aptly named 'Pretty Strawberries' was so beautiful it was almost a shame to eat it! Wines were good quality and reasonably priced. There were amuse bouche at the start - all yummy and went with our cocktails, a little appetiser of a take on a french salad
(si Jardin D'Alienor a lu cela, j'aimerais connaître le nom de cette salade - il a été servi le samedi 19 août dans vos beaux petits bols blancs?), and some sweets after dessert. Good value for this quality at three courses for 49 euros. What else can I say - it was a fantastic meal in lovely surroundings and we all really enjoyed it - thank you to Jardin D'Alienor!
