We stayed here a week in August for a conference. Booking was very easy and the rate was fairly reasonable.
The room was clean and modern, with water provided every day.
There was no AC in the room and it was very warm, so the windows were open most of the time. This was fine for most of the time, except if you wanted a lie-in (the church bells start at 7am and ring on the hour and half hour) or if it was a Wednesday which seemed to be 'beer delivery day' when the sound of beer kegs being thrown around below your window could be heard from 7am.
The bathroom was good, with a really good shower, although the lack of shower curtain was a little confusing.
The only real downside were the breakfasts. After the first few days we ended up drinking some orange juice and tea and walking to the local bakers for a better fare.
You basically had a round table filled mostly with condiments, a few bread rolls, some cheese/ham, a bottle of OJ and some over-ripe fruit if you were lucky.
It was ok, but given the choice I would try somewhere else.
