This is the best restaurant I have ever been to in Nicaragua.
The attention to detail is incredible and the service is friendly and professional!
It is equally delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a farm to table vibe and everything is so fresh and homemade using the very best ingredients. The menu is small and varies and might include items like homemade pasta with Oso Bucco, Beet Raviolis, or fresh fish in a ginger lime broth with tiny organic baby corn. The Spanish style garlic soup is a white almond gazpacho with watermelon and rivals the same dish in Spain! The bread is baked fresh daily at Pan de Vida. The wine selection is so thoughtful and I particularly loved the Verdejo. All the desserts are home made and the Pavlova is absolutely otherworldly!! The local coffee from Los Sueños is the best coffee I have ever had! It is very complex and creamy. This spot is a couple blocks from the center and well worth the stroll to get there!
