Our family of three stayed at the Hotel Colonial for five nights in July. We had a wonderful experience. The room and common areas were very clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious. The staff were helpful, friendly and kind. Both the AC in our room and the pool help elevate some of the hot, sweaty, humid Granada days more tolerable. The only negative is that for the $90 US dollars we paid, it should really include breakfast like so many other places in Nicaragua.
