“classy place classy food”
Reviewed February 18, 2014

Lovely ambience in the patio and i thoroughly enjoyed my steak with bearnaise sauce...Nicaragua is fantastic for beef and this meat was wonderful. My friends had escargot and we all agreed that we were eating slowly so that the meal experience would last longer. I would highly recommend and evening here.

“Excellent food and service”
Reviewed February 15, 2014

We ate here twice and on both occasions the food was excellent. Each day there is a very good value 3 course 'menu du jour' , which is comprised of selections from the a la carte. The service was friendly, attentive and efficient, the food very well presented and well cooked. There are a limited number of tables in the very attractive inner courtyard, which I would recommend. All together a very pleasant dining experience.

As always, the food was beautifully presented and delicious. Service was attentive and fairly quick. I like this place for lunch as it is relaxing and air conditioned!

“Under Top 3 of food experiences in Nicaragua”
Reviewed February 6, 2014 via mobile

Nicaragua has so much to offer - in terms of nature, culture and people. Good food experiences, however, are few and far between, even in luxury hotels. The Bistro Estrada in Granada sticks out and we have to list it under the Top 3 culinary experiences in Nicaragua on our 2 week tour. The menu is different but is rooted in Central Amercian cuisine. Fresh ingredients that are tastefully prepared and seasoned, all with a bit of a twist. We had the tuna serviche and also the grilled tuna as a main, fresh catch of the day and very well prepared. Ask for a table in the patio, the insisde is not so charming. Good and attentive service.
