My mom and I absolutely loved our 3 day stay here! I highly recommend you try to reserve the balcony suite- the natural light is gorgeous, the bathroom is spa paradise w a beautiful bath tub and views of the volcano and there is a pretty balcony where you can sit and read under the stars. The pool is a full lap pool and great place to soak and chill after warm days in the often piercing granada sun. Breakfasts are also very filling and yummy. Oh and the five patios are very zen - great place to bring a yoga mat or curl up with a book! Can't wait to return!

This is one of the most serenely beautiful hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying. It feels like staying at a wealthy friend's house. We stayed for three nights. Everything about this hotel is picture-perfect, but the best part is enjoying the common space with a large lap pool, and many places to sit, relax, read and enjoy a cold Tona. The staff here are fabulous. They are so hospitable, they really make you feel comfortable. We took the suite on the second floor. When this property was a private residence, this was the master suite. The balcony had a great view of Mombacho and overlooked the courtyard with pool. The bathroom was huge! there was not an abundance of hot water the first day we stayed, but it was remedied by the second day. The bed was a true king and the room also contained a fridge with a mini-bar (not complimentary but not expensive). In addition, you can ask the staff for a beer at any time or you can go to the store and get your own. As i said, this place is so nice you'll want to plan on spending some time here just to soak in the atmosphere. Additionally, there was a spa area with services that could be booked for very reasonable prices. I didn't take advantage and am kicking myself now! Breakfast was delicious and huge. A choice of "typical" or continental. Both include a bowl of fruit, eggs, juice, coffee, the typical has gallo pinto and tortillas, the continental has cheese (lots of really good cheese), and breads. By the second day we learned to ask for less as we couldn't eat everything. Super amazing place! Highly recommend. It's not far at all from the center of town, don't let the "distance" dissuade you. It's a nice walk through a residential neighborhood. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I hope to have the opportunity in the future.

Room Tip: There is a suite on the second floor, the owner's master suite. the other four rooms are in the...

We stayed here 4 nights and would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is really well designed with a lot of open spaces.
Breakfast is really fantastic with very tasty bread, good coffee and cheese, jam and fresh fruitsalad.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff nice and very helpful.
And after a hot day, you can enjoy the swimmingpool. One where you can really swim (14 m) instead of a jacuzzi sized dipping pool.

Lovely place. Beautiful, peaceful oasis. Friendly and attentive staff. Lots of space for only 5 rooms. Good deal. Was great w kids (4, 7, 10). I stay in lots of fancy hotels all around the world for business travel and would rather be at Los Patios than virtually any of them. Book it, you will be glad you did.

My wife and I stayed here 3 or 4 nights in September 2013. Everyone that reviews this Hotel will say the same thing; it is really nice. I'll review it anyway. It is owned by a Dutch couple Ingeborg and her husband (can't think of his name). They are wonderful people and their place is well run and very clean. A nice concept. The common living area and eating area are outside. Beautiful because there are no misquitos and it is very cool and pleasant out there. We ate our breakfast outside every morning. They make you whatever you want and it is fresh and good. My wife and I only ate 1 meal a day because the breakfast was so filling. There is a nice size pool to swim in and there is an area in the rear of the property to get massages (outside). We got massages 2 of the 3 full days we were there. These folks help you with everything. They picked us up at the airport, helped us with tours, scheduled massages, gave restaurant reccommendations, you name it. It is neat because the place was built as their personal residence and they have converted itinto a hotel. Very safe there and oh so quiet. The room we had would have been the owners old master suite. Very nice size bedroom and huge bathroom. There is a balcony off the bedroom that overlooks the pool and the outside area. AC great, internet reception fine, shower awesome, slept like a big baby. The price to stay there was very reasonable. We were happy. Tour guides told us there were a few really nice hotels in Granada. You can stay in a really nice hotel anywhere. When I go back to Granada I'm staying here and I suggest you do the same. Enjoy. Shelby & Richard Garcia. Roll Tide.

Room Tip: Fork over the cash and get the suite

Los Patios is gorgeous, hidden away behind a plain blue entrance. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The staff is quietly attentive and very professional. The common areas in this small hotel allow room for gathering a group, or enough separation if you are traveling alone. The pool is welcome after a hot, sticky day walking around town. The breakfasts (both Continental and Nicaraguan style) are delicious and huge! If I return to Granada, I will definitely come back to Los Patios.

My spouse and I loved this place. We initially booked 4 nights and loved the hotel so much we stayed an additional 4 nights. The combination of colonial and Scandinavian designs make for a unique setting that is visually pleasing and peaceful. I can not say enough about the hotel staff- those who worked the front desk: Xiomara, Indra, and Armando did everything to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Small things like bringing you a drink when you are in the pool or checking your email, arranging transit, or booking a tour was effortless with their assistance.. When we left Xiomara packed us sandwiches and had coffee ready for us at 4 AM. Osmin the driver ensured we picked up and dropped off at the airport in Managua. Should Randy or I return to Granada we will stay here again.

Room Tip: We stayed in the balcony suite, the only second floor room, the view was great but to get the view y...
