Las Colinas is nothing more than a hard packed volcanic dirt floor with a tin roof. It's located in a Nica neighborhood in Granada, and caters mostly to locals, and a few tourists who are lucky enough find it.
The food is authentic Nica cuisine. Most items are cooked on a wood grill, and that's where the magic happens. We enjoyed freshly grilled guapote (rainbow bass) in the 2-3 pound range. They were garlicky, is the best possible way and I could not finish my dinner. I can't quite manage to eat an entire 3 pound fish, but, I tried.:)
I'm sure that their grilled meat dishes would be every bit as good as the guapote.
