Euro Cafe sounds European, but it's staffed by two very friendly young Nicaraguan women who couldn't be more helpful. Most people order in the entry room and then go through to the back to relax and wait for food, and to use the free Wi-Fi. Just about everybody ends up here now and then --- try the Panini Tradicional, it's delicious and costs $ 4.20 USD. There are some desserts, lots of drinks, a good selection of food on the menu. I keep eating that panini --- the olives really create a great taste!
