Rare opportunity to see volcanic rock islands, ranging from dinky with a few shacks to McMansions. Not much in between. Nice way to relax and take in. View of monkeys is up close.

very hot out there on the water but kayaking was a great way to see the islands and beautiful houses. stopped at pirate's cove for much-needed cerveza and rest. sadly, a large amount of trash in the water and along coasts of the islands.

The Isletas are a must see in any visit to Granada. There are several tour options allow you to kayak the Isletas that range from a few hours to most of the day. The islands are beautiful and show everything from expensive mansions owned by foreigners, to small homes occupied by locals. There are bird species everywhere and you can see a fantastic view of Mombacho Volcano as you glide along through the water. The tours are cheap and well worth it. Don't miss out.

This was a great tour for the scenery. However the heat was unexpected. If you go, bring some water and coconut water, be prepared to be exhausted by the end.

A must tour of "Las Isletas". Tour guides very informative. Many beautiful houses to see. Monkeys living on some islands would come close to you if you provided them food. They took the food from your hands, without any danger.
