We stayed at the Hotel Dario and O'Shea's was across the street. What a find. We ate 3 meals there. We met Tom the owner and he could not have been nicer. On Sat night me wife and I both ordered the 8 oz Filet. Well I know meat and this steak was about 10 oz, wrapped with 2 slices of smoked bacon a huge pile of mashed potatoes and veggies. It was fantastic. I thought I was at a steak house in Chicago. You can't find a steak like this in Costa Rica and if you did it's $30. Our filet meal was under $10. I don't know how they make any money, but it is worth a trip to Granda just to go here. I asked Tom where we could buy something for our bus ride which left at 7:00 am and he even made us sandwiches for the ride. Our waiter was the best, someone trained him right.
