Masses here are filled with the faithful. The young priest is a very articulate and persuasive preacher, exquisite in his liturgical style, attended to by a small platoon of altar servers, and accompanied by clouds of incense smoke. The church itself is on the small size but well-appointed and with a gorgeous image of the Virgin of Guadalupe over the altar. The parish had an active evangelization campaign going on the weekend that we visited. You have to love the bells calling the faithful to Mass, even when they start ringing at 5:30 (a.m. that is!) Sunday morning.
