Stayed for a week in April 2008 in one of the pool side rooms. Since it was low season and a walk up price, I paid $250 for one week (one person). A nice property and has an open air kitchen. I would feel this is a good value with a large group and rent the whole house but you take your chance on "roommates" if you only rent one room. There is a common living/kitchen/TV/radio area.
When I returned after 10 days and wanted the room again, I was advised the rates had gone up. Given it was vacant, I thought it would have been reasonable to have the same rate. Apparently the owners now want $50 a night for a single which I feel is on the outer range of value.
The managers (Howard and his wife) as well as the housekeeper (Karen) are very helpful with any questions.
