“Pleasant walk, spectacular falls, cool swim.”
Reviewed June 15, 2013

The falls were a raging torrent after the rain the night before... A contrast to previous visits. The falls are one of the few places in Thailand you can go for a cool water swim. There was an attendant there with life jackets for safety..

“Beautiful, Idyllic, Nature at its best”
Reviewed June 3, 2013

This lovely big waterfall is situated just outside Kai Bae, Koh Chang. The waterfall is about 300m walk into the Jungle. Great views on the way and the waterfall is incredible. You can swim in the water not far from the waterfall but the rocks are VERY slippy. I would not advise walking along the wet rocks for anyone who doesnt have a good sense of balance. You can still admire the waterfall from a distance. TAKE A CAMERA!

“Full of people even it should have been low season”
Reviewed May 22, 2013

When natural wonders comes a overpacked tourist attraction it looses the "vow factor". You still want to see it, so you are prepared to pay the entrance fee, as you do for many other attractions in the world.

There's a long but nice walk to the fall, river flowing, shade from the trees and you don't see many people on the way. Everything seemed nice. But when you reach the waterfall it's full of people. Mostly young and noisy people playing in the water or talking really loud. It's not a natural wonder, it's a tiny pond with too many people in there.

The waterfall itself is nice. It looks cool and the water is cool compared to the ocean. But for me the real nature beauties are those what you can enjoy on your own in the silence. Everything depends what you are looking for.
