Description: Paddy’s Palms is Koh Chang’s first Irish pub, located just up the hill from the beautiful White Sand Beach. The pub is set on two storeys and displays Irish memorabilia throughout – bar signs, various mirrors advertising Irish fayre, framed sports jerseys, the map of the rugged Irish coastline even an old bicycle. Many of these items are from the owners’ family pub in Kilkenny, Ireland. Bar stools, leather sofas, tables and an outdoor seating area give you the choice of comfort Paddy’s Pub, as you would expect serves draught Guinness and Kilkenny as well as a wide selection of beers, spirits, ciders and cocktails in a traditional Public House atmosphere. Live sports are shown on big screens and a pool table is upstairs for customers to play away the day. If you need to catch up on your e-mails bring your laptop and use the free wireless internet. The menu offers a wealth of European and Thai food with classics pub dishes such as Irish stew, big breakfasts, and shepherds pie. Join us to enjoy the special Sunday roasts of beef or chicken. If these don’t fill you up then try one of the home made desserts. A children’s menu is also available so families are well catered for.

We stopped by on our first night at Koh Chang for dinner, not really sure what to expect.

The family and I enjoyed the Thai food, and I enjoyed a couple of pints of Guiness while shooting Pool.

Good value for the money.

Thank Paul A

Service was a little steady and was very quite so no atmosphere ( wet season) BUT food was great value for the quality and quantity. A great break from great thai food for travellers who just want a bit of comfort food. Yummy

Lovely rooms, massive beds! Lovely bathroom facilities. Swimming pool looked nice, didn't have a dip ourselves though.

We fancied a change after staying in hut accommodation all week (as you do in Thailand)

Nice fry up in the morning with fresh juices.

Sports screened at this location in pub.

Thanks for having us! We loved KOH CHANG!!!

Staying in the hotel opposite, we used this Pub most evenings for a nightcap. Whilst it is ok we were a little bit surprised not to receive a more friendly greeting from the staff and they took a little time to clear the dirty plates from our table left by the previous inhabitants (it wasn't busy at the time). On the plus side they have many live sports on TV and the bar has been decorated very nicely.
