I was shocked by what i have seen in this place,a huge place which resembles likes a old shopping stores mart with individual stores & guess whats inside stores - our gods kept inside ,it was painful for me to see this, none of the gods are cleaned, not worshiped,no flowers,nothing... there is no divinity & top of that on very floor both corners have shops selling stuff
At the end of the day the close the shutters ... A PAINFUL EXPERIENCE

This place is best to see sunrise in the morning. Its a huge temple of 13th floor, so if you have older family members, please avoid.

This temple is the famous eyecatcher of Rishikesh. It is not specific a touristic place but more a religious place. You can visit it without entrance fee. You have to take of your shoes and they ask same money for it (be aware you don't pay at start and end, they try to let you pay twice). The temple itself has long galleries with statues and little shops. You have to walk along all galleries round so be aware it is a long walk up. Every floor has bells to ring meaning two things: 1. God wake up, we are there and 2. Create energy for all good and positivity. Most Indian people visit the temple to do there prayers and ceremonies. The temple is next to Laxman Jhula.

Personally not a fan of temples but this place is good. It has 13 floor as the name suggest. It's a good place to view sunrise. You will have nice view of ganga river, lakshman jhula and sunrise from the top floor. It is near lakshman jhula and it has shoping complex.

Really I don't get the interest to go to this place. It's noisy with all the beeping horns outside, polluted and always people asking you money!
I don't get why people come here in Rishikesh to do yoga either!
I guess it was a charming place before to do yoga so it's still famous for it and thanks to the Beatles. But now it's just the opposite of what you need to practice yoga in good conditions. There are ugly concrete buildings everywhere. As soon as you go out of your yoga class, you have all the jeeps and motorbikes beeping at you! It's so noisy and polluted! All the pleasant benefits of a nice yoga course just vanish as soon as you are in the street...
There are so many other places nicer than here to practice yoga now.
I guess Rishikesh will be deserted soon in the future by the yogis for other better places.

As named, it has 13 floors of numerous Hindu Deities. Below the temple at the bank of holy river Ganga, there is a good space for Arti and devotees can spend a good time in peace and can enjoy their peaceful time.

This temple is located just right beside the Laksman Jhula brudge, it is mostly beautiful to see in the evening because of the colourful lighting. And it also held the aarti every evening eventho not as big as in Parmarth or Triveni ghat.

you will get great view of 13 Storey Trambkeshwar temple from Laxman Jhula. You will get different version of various god / goddess at various small temples at every floors of the temple. We could not climb entire 13 floor.

One can visit this temple free of cost, each floor has many rooms with different gods and devis, one goes ringing the bells all the way up. From the top there is a beautiful view definitely worth the walk up.
