Just even more crowded, if that were possible. If you are here in the yatra season, it's completely overrun. But again, sweeping views of the Mighty Ganga.

Laxman jhula in Rishikesh is very famous. Similar hanging bridge is built around 1.5 km known as Ram jhula. It was built later. Road from Laxman jhula to Ram jhula is good walk and can be enjoyed if you are not tired. If going with family its preferable to take taxis available here on seat basis. We did not hire taxi and hence were very much tired. Water, small snacks shops are available on road. Also some shopping is possible at initial part of the road. There are few ashrams as well as lodges to stay this side of the road. But I wondered how traveler will bring luggage here as Laxman jhula is always crowded and Taxi drops you distance away from bridge. As we progress further, the road becomes boring. At the end of road we took some rest. Facilities like ATM are available at this side of road. This jhula is little different from Laxman jhula. However monkeys are here too. But good thing is it is less crowded. Interestingly there are two same name restaurants here called Chotiwala. Each had one person dressed like Brahmin with choti and looking very nice. Food here was ok but little pricy compared to typical north Indian restaurant in city like Rishikesh. Once out from bridge, we entered taxi stand where we got our booked rickshaw. View from here is nice overlooking Geeta bhawan and ganga river. We did not had energy to visit Geeta bhawan as we walked too much with child. But experience of hanging bridge was taken once again.
