“1 with Natures Awesomeness”

EBR is truly a wonderful experience, the owners of this resort i have known for quite some time now and they have added another feather in the cap with this resort, the beauty about this place is that u can hear the sounds of the nature and be 1 with it. This resort is away from the nicely situated away from the town and so one does not hear the traffic noises and other bothersome sounds that 1 tries to get away from on a place like this.

The resort is situated on the edge of a river and the constant rumbling of the rover reminds you where you are, Olive the resident furry fluff ball Labrador will keep you company along with her very sweet and cute son Tiger for the entirety of your trip here..

The resort is not your 5 star types and people expecting room service and waiters to be served hand and foot should stay away from this place, this place is meant to be 1 with nature and just be yourself...

The food is top class...very delicious and very healthy.

Abhay and Yash a job well done...looking forwards to visiting again...

Room Tip: Ask for the stone cottages...they r new and a must stay in...

One of the most serene places around rishikesh. Beautiful environs, peaceful and great hospitality. . i totaly love it here. . A must visit for people who love staying amidst the nature.Iit is really a good place to relax with family or friends or even if you are travelling solo. away from the hustle bustle of the city life, in the laps of the mountains is where everyone would love to be. Everything about this place has the charm to keep you gkued here for days. The accomadation and food gives you another reason to fall in love with the place. This resort unlike others not only refreshes you but also refreshes your soul.

Whenever i go to Rishikesh i stay at this resort only. This resort offers great value for money; and quality services at affordable price.
The EBR was suggested to me long back in the 2007 by a very dear friend of mine. Since then it has been my favourite place to stay during my frequent trips to Rishikesh. I have always felt that the staff always work towards providing better services and are always very helpfull. Plus, the beauty that this location offers is beyond any comparison. The resort is well accessible even by public transportation and is well famous among the locals if you forget the route to the hotel. Also if u manage to talk to their Senior Manager Mr santosh he can always give you best deal wrt rooms and prices

The resort is poorly maintained as it is in a deserted place but I do not expect it to be excellent one either. But the location is beyond comparison as the river Ganges flows right in the resort. We used to sit in the river with our feet dipped in all water most of the time. The Resort rooms does not have A/C or coolers but be prepared for heat. No cold water or ice is available too. I however okay with all the above because of the location. Food is not great but averagely good.

Room Tip: If you can't live without AC then do not go there.

The place is absolutely terrific. Wow location and surrounded by two main loving factors, Nature at its best and crystal clear water. We (group of 7 friends) reached after a very tiresome journey through the night as we were bit behind schedule on our trip and didn’t wanted to miss on anything however as we reached, none of us actually got a shut eye even for a minute as we loved the place so much that we wanted to explore more. We saw the hidden waterfall, a very rustic old temple, villages and everything was superb. Though rock climbing was piece of cake as we all are mountaineers and it seemed fun doing such easy stuff, but we loved it. The people were very friendly and warm. They served us local cuisines which we requested to be non-spicy and it was delicious, we did order some beverages though which took almost a lifetime to which we realised later that it was a special treat for the bonfire. The snackers they served while on bonfire were terrific. We spent some time in stream (right in front of our cottages) too that was rejuvenating. Had a good night sleep too. Loved the place and hope to visit again.

Our trip to India earlier this year was awesome, we happen to visit this place with a group of friends we met at yoga camp in Rishikesh. The resort is well located and very nature friendly. The place was very rustic and amidst lush green mountains of a national park and could hear the various birds chattering throughout the evening. Peacocks dance early in the morning was absolutely magnificent which was very close to our cottages. Resort was located very close to fresh water brook, no wonder the name Elephant Brook resort. The guys were very warm, friendly and helpful. The Indian delicacies served were delightful. Though we just had a day but we made it useful by doing small trek to waterfall and village further up in hills. They also booked us for rafting the other morning which a very exciting. Our accommodation was also quite nice, well equipped with clean washrooms and facilities. The area was safe and very private sort of, the evening was marvellous with bonfire and freshly cooked fish and chips. There weren’t any hassles worth mentioning except the flies and mosquitoes that kept bothering with which no one there can help, shouldn’t forget a repellent at all cost. Expect us to visit again soon.

Room Tip: All the cottages are same so hardly makes any diff.
