I went Phoolchatti along with my family and relatives. We never knew that we had actually purchased restlessness//hell//nuisance for us. We were so tired already after driving from Delhi to Phoolchatti that we were not able to step out of the rooms. The moment we reached, staff there told us we have to come to canteen (worst) to have water. No water will be served at rooms as they believe in self service. They don't have cold drink even to sell. Room seems to be never cleaned because "Sweeper was on leave". Only snailing fan was available in the room for four beds, which also stopped working as electricity gone and the petrol/diesel in their generator was finished.

We were told to have sight seen by them. After reaching their we came to know the meaning of sight seen, it means their manager will go along with you in your car to show the sights.

We had no other option except to spend that night there because is was already evening. We then spent our night in hot rooms along with a lot of mosquitoes, spiders and kenchuan. Washrooms were unavoidable. Muddy water to bath, beds without bed sheets, rude staff and ......no more words to praise the place.

If you enjoy pestering/torturing some of your friends or relatives please, please send them there.

If you want to torture somebody you can gift the vouchers of this place. Special attractions are MUDDY WATER for bath, SHARING YOUR BED WITH SPIDERS,
STINKY PLACE, RUDE BEHAVIOR OF STAFF MEMBERS, NO ELECTRICITY.

From outside the cottages and view looks amazing, but once you are inside the cottages you cannot bear it. They dont provide even drinking water inside the cottages. It seems that bedsheets were never changed and you cannot imagine the condition of washrooms. Even public toilets are better maintained. They are just cheating the public by offering discounted coupons. Even for free, you cannot stay here! They have deliberately kept the package amount non-refundable because you cannot bear this place. As we had kids with us and it was already evening when we reacheed there so we had to spend one night there. However, the very next morning we ran away from this place. The staff members are very rude and hospitality is least on their minds. Don't waste your money, time, energy and temper by visiting this place.

We went on a weekend on a very short notice when all the decent hotels in Rishikesh were full. We read some reviews and stuck a good deal with Phool Chhatti resort owner (2000 per couple per night, all meals included). The deal was too good to be believed, we suspected that soemthing must be wrong - there wasn't apparently!

Apart from the fact that one had to take a very long route since it is on the other side of the river Ganga, en route to Neel kanth mahadev, it had a fantastic location! There were around 9 huts made of straw and cane which were ok in size, so far so good. But we realised in a couple of hours that the resort owners were not interested in the guests. Not recommened for families with very small kids or elderly ppl, as you have to climb down a bit from the road. Mosquitoes are a plenty, to carry your own repellants. The place was beautiful in the rains, no doubt, really! But for the lack of service, we'd recommend it to everyone.

Mobile phones do not work! Pay the attendant and request him to let u use his connection.

It was really a nice experience to be at Phoolchatti resorts. It was recommended by one of the relative and then i tried to get more details on internet. Though it has a website but there were not much details. WIth little curosity and fear, we a group of 20 people went to Phoolchatti resorts. Driving to that place was a smooth ride. Once we reached there, everybody just got so excited on seeing the cottages and surrounding landscape. The huts were beautifully designed and were a mix of ethnic and modern amenities ( western toilet and wooden cot with electricity). The resort has beautiful cricket pitch and volleyball net with sand. It was just too good...adding to all nice thing was the bonfire arrangement at night. Light music and tasty pakoras and peanut chat was the best thing for a nice evening. Early morning was a beautiful moment to capture. Then we all just spent hours in the near by river which is having just enough water to enjoy in it ( flow of water was too good).
All in all, the wholesome experience at Phoolchatti resorts was really good. certainly a place where i wud love to go again and recomend to my freinds and anyone who is planning for a great outing.
