I booked 2 rooms in this hotel around 3 months ago or more. For second week on April this year. The owner did confirm with me about our stay there. But suddenly he did texted me and he said sorry the hotel is full we don’t have anymore rooms for you.
It’s only 9 days now till we are going an still didn’t find any hotel yet as April and May are high tourism season.
I will never go or try to book this hotel.

Lovely experience
In the Morroccan countryside. Staying on this Private house show you the authentic side of Marocco and the extreme friendliness of its people. Mustapha was a pefect host, and welcomed us like long-term friends.
It is true it was a bit cold at night, but hey, if you prefer a 5 star hotel experience, simply go elsewhere.
Strongly recommended and well done to Mustapha and his family who run the family business in a genuine way.

We stayed at this place in early january. The rooms were freezing cold as there is no proper heating system except a gaz stove turned on when you check in, and to be turned off for the night (to avoid intoxication with carbon monoxyde).
The window does not close properly so cold air comes in the room (cf picture).
The mattresses of the single beds are hard and bed linen is old and low quality.
Additional blankets smell moldy.
Host likes talking about himself and his family, but customer satisfaction is clearly not his priority.
Price/quality ratio is poor for the region (100€ for 2 adults and 2 children)
We will not come again.

Beautiful surroundings envelop Kasbah Izoran. The hospitality unsurpassed. Food was terrific too. We enjoyed our stay. If you go in winter, bring warm clothes. The high ceilings make keeping their spaces very warm difficult. Nonetheless I would stay there again. Tanmirt, Mustapha. Loved talking with you.

Very welcoming host and family. Very beautiful house built traditionally. Even though December is cold sat outside in beautiful sunshine (with jackets) read our books and drank tea. Decided to have dinner at the house. Fresh salads, rice, roast chicken and fresh cut potato chips went down a treat with whole family and finished with fresh fruits. Rooms were warm with gas heater and plenty of blankets. Hot showers in evening excellent.
