I wanted to love this place as it had gotten such rave reviews but we only liked it. We would go back though as it beats Massanutten resort eateries by a mile & back. The cheese fries were excellent...fresh boardwalk like fries smothered in cheese & sprinkled with fresh bacon bits. Nachos were fresh too but not amazing. Bacon cheeseburger was solid - coming with those nice hot fries. Yummy pancake for my little guy ( nice to be able to get breakfast at dinner esp with little ones). The apple pie a la mode was fresh as was the brownie sundae.

The only reason I can't give a better rating is the Carnegie Deli Reuben. There was/is a picture of it on the website & it looked like the real deal. Sadly when I got it there was only a slice or two of grisly corned beef:( and hardly any sauerkraut ! I've been to the Carnegie Deli so wasn't expecting it to truly match up but close would have been nice.

Kudos to our server who when made aware of my disappointment said he'd have them make another...they did and it did have twice as much meat as the first but sadly that was only about 4-5 slices...again not looking like the photo on their website. Again, I give them credit for trying to rectify things but really they should take that picture off of their website.

Enjoyed breakfast at this unique diner close to Massanutten resort. An employee in the resort welcome center actually recommended this cafe and we were pleasantly surprised by the creative menu options, fantastic service and generous serving size. Would definitely return if we visit the area again...

Stumbled across this place three years ago on a family vacation and now we make sure to go every year. Unique and delicious menu items with good ingredients. Love the blueberry cream cheese French toast and cheese grits. Breakfast all day too if you want it. It's the kind of unique place that could be featured on diners drive ins and dives.

This is a nice restaurant with good service. They are not the fastest for a quick lunch, but if you have a solid hour to eat you will not have a problem. I have been there a few times and it always taste good.

Dinner style place, with friendly staff. Food was well prepared. You get very genous portions. Menu a little lacking to meet all tastes;; especially in the seafood realm.
