As a Southern Californian, transplanted to Virginia, having tried many so-called Mexican places, I thought I was in a wilderness insofar as Mexican food, but this place is my new home for East LA style Mexican. The dishes are authentic, and the seasoning, altho tempered a bit for the local taste, is satisfactory. There's Tabasco on the table. There's a broad menu to choose from, not just tacos and burritos. I had some excellent fish tacos and my companions who all ordered something different, and who were also California transplants were very satisfied. Service is very good, and there is a range of Mexican and domestic beer. Parking in a private lot. Prices are average for the area and as compared to other Mexican places.
