Our friend’s wedding was simply stunning. Beautiful and elegant in every way. What we admired most about the Winridge is that everything about is/was done with purpose. From the gardens, to the lighting, to the bed and breakfast, Kelly and John truly capture that ‘country charm’. The facilities are well maintained, decorative, and welcoming. We highly recommend the Winridge!

We have stayed at Winridge Manor twice this past year and both experiences were excellent. On our first visit in August, we had to check in very late because we were dropping off our daughter at Liberty that day. This was not a problem in the least for the owners John and Kelly. My wife had broken her ankle and needed to be in a wheel chair. They helped us up the steps and into our room attending to whatever our needs were, treating us more like family than guests. The room was amazing and every little detail was attended. In the morning, the breakfast was simply amazing. My wife has a gluten allergy and it was no trouble for them to whip up something special for her dietary needs. Our second visit was just last weekend - this time visiting our daughter at Liberty. My wife was no longer wheelchair bound, and yet our experience was the same. John and Kelly were exceedingly helpful attending to whatever we needed. They not only remembered us but had been praying for my wife's broken ankle. We've stayed at a few B&B's over the years but this particular one is set apart from all the rest. If you want a wonderful stay at an amazing B&B, close to Lynchburg VA, look no further. You won't regret your stay there.

We spent one night at Winridge Manor in October. It is a beautiful old home that has beautiful gardens. We chose the Pond Room which overlooked the front gardens and the pond. We did not have a bathroom in our room, but had a private bath located at the end of the hall. The room came with lovely bathrobes to use going from our bedroom to the bath. The breakfast was very good and had more food than we could eat! I enjoy meeting the other guests at breakfast and getting to know them. Our hosts were very cordial and welcoming. We spent some time talking to them in the early evening. Very nice people. And, if you are planning a wedding, this is the place to go!

Room tip: Pond Room has a view of the front gardens, but does not have a bath in the room.

We spent an overnight here while travelling the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the hosts Kelly and John, are so welcoming and friendly that you immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. We were fortunate enough to be given the bridal suite which was a beautiful room. Our only complaint was that we could only stay for one night. If you are anywhere in this area, staying at Winridge Manor is a must!!
