Wasabi is a beautiful restaurant. Wonderful atmosphere. The owners really put some money into the place. The service was very good and our chef knew how to perform, however his cooking lacked big time. The rice was very hard and crunchy ,the chicken was like leather and the shrimp was even hard. . The grease and fat applied to the food was the portion of fat for the week. They kept telling us...see you tomorrow. Tomorrow if you want a heart attack. Don't know about the sushi. I sure hope that it is better than the hibachi meal. We won't be back.
