Waterstone is one of my favorite places! The food and bevs are are always good and the service cannot be beat! Go see John, Chris, Patrick, Frank, Rebekah and try the Wild Mushroom, or my new fave, The Greek with Wild Mushrooms. Oh, and their lemonade is delicious!

This is a nice brewery. The atmosphere was awesome! I certainly recommend this place. Great selection of craft beers and a decent food menu

We were in town for a wedding and had a large group. No reservations but we were seated relatively quickly for lunch. The service was great and fast. The best pizza we have had in a long time.

Enjoyed an evening out with a mushroom pizza and crab dip. Both were very good and the casual pub atmosphere was nice. Beers were locally brewed.

This was our first date night out in months (well almost- we actually went on a double date with another couple) and I am glad we picked Waterstone!
The service was prompt and courteous. It looked busy and we were told there'd be a 30 minute wait. We were seated within 10 minutes. The wait staff did seem a little busy and we didn't get any especially friendly extra attention, but everyone was attentive, our drinks and food were ordered with just enough time to browse the menu but not so long that we were waiting to order.
The menu had a wonderful variety of pizzas and a decent variety of subs and pastas. The drink menu was great- lots of local brewery tastes!
We all ordered pizzas this time around, so I couldn't tell you how the salads or soups are (but they looked amazing). Everyone was happy with their choice. The pizzas were cooked true to brick oven fashion with a thinner, crispy crust and fresh ingredients. It wasn't the best pizza I've ever tasted, but it was very good and absolutely worth the price (which was affordable).
The atmosphere wasn't particularly calming or romantic, but it was very warm and inviting. It seems like a good place for anything from date night to birthday parties to a family meal.
My only regret was not having 4 stomachs so I could have tasted more of this great food!
To top it off, the restaurant, despite being located centrally downtown, has an actual parking lot all to itself so we didn't have to park blocks away or feed a meter.
