“Excellent pizza.”
Reviewed March 27, 2013 via mobile

The fire-roasted pizza was fabulous. Great thin, crispy crust and interesting toppings, or make your own. Spinach salad was very good. We didn't like the crab dip. If you are a beer lover you'll love this place for their large selection of micro brews and seasonal selections. This NYer was impressed (yeah, we can be pizza snobs).

All around favorite place to eat in Lynchburg. The gourmet pizza is delicious and the amounts are always enough to have leftovers. Love love love this place!

“Best Pizza ever!”
Reviewed March 16, 2013

I wrote about this in my review of the Craddock Hotel since they are connected, but I do understand that the 2 are owned separately...and as a result, you cannot charge to your room.

Anyway, suffice it to say that this place is a bit like Cheers - nice, big bar, where most of the patrons sit plus about 18 tables including booths. They have 10-12 of their own brews and it is very casual and comfortable.

I ate there 2 nights ago and had the best pizza in my like - The Greek with chicken! I wish I could go back tonight, but it will have to wait until my next visit.

“Pleasant Surprise”
Reviewed March 15, 2013

We have eaten here twice and both times we were very pleased with our entrees. The Bacon Mozzarella Basil Tomato sandwich on Ciabatta bun was truly "out of this world". The clam chowder was freshly prepared and was brimming with clams. The Sicilian pizza was excellent as was their corned beef sandwich. The wait staff are attentive and the ambiance of the vintage building housing the restaurant really adds to your dining experience. The microbrewery upstairs supplies a nice array of beer choices.

This is a new favorite spot we will be returning to soon. (Nearby are the 132 steps leading to the top of the Veterans Memorial....great way to work off the calories from your lunch)

“Great pizza”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

Next door to the Craddock Terry Hotel . Seemed to be a popular location most nights. Pizza was very, very good..the only thing better was the Lemon-Berry cake for dessert. If you're staying at the Craddock..look no further.
