An excellent overview of WWII and biography of this fascinating man. Worth a couple of hours. Free parking right in front of the building.

Everyone should make an effort to learn about George C. Marshall and the wonderful man that he was and the great things he did for this country. The museum isn't overwhelming and the 15 minute film is a must! History buffs will love.

Excellent value. Took us a couple of hours to get through all the reading. It was very interesting. I learned much about Marshal that I had no idea about.

It just LOOKS like parking is a problem, but there is plenty of accessible parkiing BEHIND the Museum/Marshall Library. (In fact - STAY parked THERE, and visit the rest of VMI on foot - because everywhere else on Campus, parking IS a problem).

The Marshall Museum will give you a very good overview of
the Second World War, and the US' participation - mostly directed by George C. Marshall (VMI Class of 1901), and the
post-war European Recovery and Cold War years.
