“A little gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2014

A tiny museum in a log building reminiscent of 1700's Leesburg. Exhibits vary, but count on experiencing memorabilia dating back to pre-civil war through early and mid 1900's. The museum, and available guidebooks prepare visitors to walks through history of loudoun county, Leesburg and it's 100's of historic buildings.

“Great Little Museum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2014

It may not be a large museum buy it provided an hours worth of entertainment and learning with some great old pieces, displays and of which a few were interactive. I would recommend you take a little time and go inside,

“Cute Little Place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013

It was a rainy weekend afternoon when I ducked into the Loudoun Museum. I had planned on visiting a few weeks earlier, but only made it just recently. I am happy I did. While the museum is small, they do have some very interesting artifacts,; some with very detailed information on them. The regular price is just three dollars (a buck for seniors, students and kids) and it takes under an hour to view/read everything. Go and enjoy if you wanta little local info.

“Lots of Bang for the Buck!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013

This small Museum takes a small portion of your time, about an hour, is dignified, interesting, and well-rounded with a rich display of artifacts from the immediate area. Bathrooms are good, too. Nice and quaint. In summer, the garden grows with painstakingly researched historic herbs, flowers, and vegetables. Personal, friendly atmosphere, not found in City Museums.
Minor fee of $1.00.
