“Idyllic location”
Reviewed July 28, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

A lovely little cottage with everything we needed for the week and a half we stayed there. Very clean, quiet and just up the road from a good pub, serving pretty tasty food. But the best part is that the cottage is a stones throw from a wonderful canal area of barges, house boats and tow paths. There is also a big Tesco supermarket a shortish walk away, along the tow path.

“Beautiful setting and comfortable accommodation with everything you need.”
Reviewed August 24, 2016 for a stay in July 2016

The cottage is well equipped, clean and pleasant. The beds are comfortable and the views from the windows at the back look at fields in the distance. It was a quiet and restful place to stay. There are no shops close by but Tesco is only a short drive away or a 45 minute pleasant walk along the canal tow path. There is a pub two minutes walk away with really tasty meals and pleasant atmosphere. The owner is very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The area is very pretty with lots of walking options. We loved our stay and would gladly be back if lucky enough to visit again from Australia.

“Lovely cottage”
Reviewed May 16, 2016 for a stay in May 2016

My wife and I stayed at Waters Reach and I can say Kathryn meet us and showed us around, it is a lovely place in a lovely location ideal for the high peak area not far from the canal or the rail way, plus the local pub beside the canal did good food and only 50 yds away, all in all we had a wonderful holiday at Waters Reach.
