Enjoyed this restaurant each time I have gone there. Pleasant staff always willing to help. Nice wine list with reasonable pricing and staff provides insight to one comparable for meal.

The food and service at Piero's is always excellent and, although it sometimes gets a little noisy, it is a nice family-oriented place.

Arrived on a bustling Friday (Jan 24) after they just renovated by adding an extended bar area. Sat at bar and had dinner. Rachel (bartender) always in great/happy mood. Liked the new layout and ordered a very nice Garnacha for around $25 and it was VERY good. Met others at bar area and all friendly. Ran into several friends as well. Ordered a "special" pizza that we created (1/2 Piero and 1/2 Margharita) and I saw when it came out of the oven and just sat there for around 1/2 hour. Finally, the people making the pizzas just ended up trashing it. Rachel then asked them where the pizza was and they ended up making it again. Rachel finally went by and stated "sorry for the delay", but that was all. We received our pizza over an hour from when we originally ordered and we're not offered anything (reduction price, glass of wine...nothing). I'm fairly certain the new layout and that they were swamped, and new employees had something to do with it. We will be back, but I'm hoping they work out the kinks. Overall, the pizza, wine, Rachel, and other patrons made it enjoyable. Just feel that something should have been done for our delay in receiving our food order that late, and perhaps a reason why (even though we knew it). This was not typical.

We finally tried this place. The atmosphere is nice, but the rent they must be paying for such a large place in a shopping center is likely why their prices are ridiculously high in comparison to other Italian restaurants in the area. And the food is VERY marginal. The lasagna had no taste - like ordering lasagna noodles with mozzarella - skip it. The pizza was just marginal at best. Avoid this place.

The pizza, calzones, and entrees are very nice and it is good to have a neighborhood restaurant that has a nice atmosphere and good food. The wine list is extensive and they are willing to make changes on orders.
