We had good steamed shrimp here and it is available on Wednesdays for a good discount.

They have a pretty small bar but lots of seating in the dining area.

The bloody mary was excellent but that was about it. Waited forever for our food to find out that the kitchen had lost our ticket. Then when the food did come, there was a hair in one of the dishes. Will be trying the taphouse for brunch next time.

Outside is the place to be as interior is dark and dingy. Hub ordered "Blackened chicken and andouille pasta". If that chicken ever saw a grill it was in some food factory. Sausage OK but the huge chunks of "roasted tomatoes" were gross.
The "special" blackened tuna salad was layered like this: Bottom- wet, hot lettuce. Then hot grilled vegs (mostly mange-tout peas), the ubiquitous roasted tomatoes, about 2 Tbsp of bleu cheese crumbles, and a 3-4 ounce piece of tuna, covered in spices and cooked WELL-DONE, even though I ordered medium rare. Everything was doused with some sort of balsamic dressing added during the cooking process. For $13.95, woo hoo!
Great for beer drinking on the patio, that's all. We are locals. First visit, last visit.

We ate there twice over a weekend visit to Hampton. We sat out on the patio that faces the street. It was a muggy weekend, but at both visits, there was a lovely breeze blowing and the view of the street was quite nice. My husband tried the seared tuna steak salad and said it was fabulous! I tried 2 other dishes and all of the food was very good. Both times, our servers were very attentive and friendly. The inside looked a little dreary (like an older bar) so I would choose to sit outside if the weather was nice. Cute little place with good food.

Ordered clam chowder, fish and chips, crab cakes and dessert. The 'Chesapeake' style chowder was out of the park! Savory, rich broth absolutely packed with clams. Fish and chips and crab cakes were also fabulous. The dessert was not for me, a little too sweet and gooey. Service was good. Atmosphere is comfortabel - very corner bar.
