My wife and I wanted to try something different. If your used to good service and great food, Then you found something different. The Hostess tried to seat us in the worst seat in the place, Right in front of the entrance, When there was so many better choices. She wasn't happy we asked for different seating. The food took forever and was cold when we received it. No napkins for the starter drinks and no return after we got our food to check on us. There are so many other places to go why would I want to return..........So I won't.....

We were DISSATISFIED with the service. Manager Whitney Green was not willing to serve us. There was 18 of us and she made a disappointed face when she learned we were all paying separate checks of 5 groups. We are not even all seated together. What if we all came in separately??? She asked one of the employee to tell us that it will be an hour wait for food. The place was not even busy. Nobody even asked us for orders or drinks. We felt DISCRIMINATED ...they did not want to entertain us at all. They could have just told us that it was a long wait before even wasting out time waiting to be seated. What a way to treat costumers. BOooo

December 2012 went in with family after shopping for christmas very hungry hadnt eatn a thing all day, came in and seated in a timely fashion. Waiter named Brad was our server....waited 20 mins for our drinks finally recieved our drinks with no apology! He said he would be back to take our orders didnt come back for about 15 mins or so. Finally came back took the orders finally got the food he gave me the wrong food he had to go around the table switching plates again no apology! Not a sincere person at all, maybe Your waiter Brad had an off day but service was not up to par, bad attitude, unapologetic and very slow! Maybe your waiter should be retrained!

On a Saturday evening we stopped in at The Green Turtle with no wait which should have told us something. We ordered the Lobster Mac 'n Cheese, Barbecue Sandwich and Crab Melt. The Mac 'n Cheese priced at $10.99 came in the smallest skillet I had ever seen and was accompanied by a very small limp lettuce salad. The barbecue was priced at $9.49 and came with a very tough and chewy barbecue sandwich (adequate size) but came with a handful of chips (fries could have been substituted for an additional $0.99. The crab melt was the only decent item we ordered value wise but it too came with chips. When paying $10 for a barbecue you expect fries and slaw to accompany it. The Mac 'n Cheese was tasty but the portion was so small those who ordered it were still hungey. One final complaint is the $2.49 soft drinks. Definitely very expensive for what I would consider average food at best.
